All of our gemstones are certified by Julien Boemo (FGA). He is a qualified gemologist graduated from the international school of Gem-A in London.

Shipping is free to Metropolitan France. Depending on the country you live in, shipping rate may change. Please go to your shopping cart and select the country you live. By doing so, you'll know the exact amount of your shipping cost.

• Paypal - Available all around the world. You do not need to be subscribed to use it.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email.

Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, we ship our products within one to three business days after order. Time for the carrier to deliver your parcel may vary depending on the country you live in. It usually takes less than ten business days to be delivered all over the world.

We have a 14 days return policy for products purchased online at www.gem-forest.com. In another word, you have 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point to let us know that you want to send back your product and cancel your order.

Before returning your parcel, contact us first for further instructions. In your email, send us the following information:

• Email provided to purchase your product
• Item name and weight (if applicable)
• Customer name
• Order number

You are repsonsible for postage, protection of the product and shipping cost. Returned item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

Always use a traceable shipment to send back your product.

We will refund your order as soon as we will receive your product back in the original condition.

We will refund your money by using the same method of payment that you used to purchase our product.
